The static is on a pretty Campsite within easy reach of Torrevieja and the many lovely beaches along the coast.

The orientation and elevated position of the static offers stunning views of Salt Lakes and mountains beyond. It is in a pleasant area of the site. Decking has been constructed outside the van accessed by 4/5 steps which if a mobility problem could be modified to accommodate a ramp.

It has double glazed windows and all opening windows have been fitted with Mosquito blinds

It has recently undergone a renovation of the lounge area and kitchen.

All carpets throughout the van have been removed and replaced with wooden flooring.

The static has central heating and air-conditioning.

The second bedroom is currently used as an office and sewing room but could be used as a second bedroom if preferred.

The main bedroom has an ottoman bed with under bed storage and a walk-in wardrobe.

Although the van is still having the work finalised at the moment we have taken photographs which we feel give an overall impression of what’s been achieved so far.
