Spring into Summer Event – Offer Terms & Conditions

General (applies to all offers)

• Offers are available exclusively at the Spring into Summer Event held at Brookside Business Park, ST15 0RZ on Saturday 2nd May and Sunday 3rd May 2026, unless stated otherwise.
• Offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Offers are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

1) Free BBQ with Deposit (worth £550)

• Available to customers who pay a deposit on a qualifying home during the event.
• A BBQ (value £550) will be included free of charge with the purchase.
• No cash alternative is available and the BBQ cannot be exchanged for any other product or discount.
• Offer is subject to stock availability. If the stated BBQ model is unavailable, Caravans In The Sun reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative of equal value or delay fulfilment until it is available.
• Limited to one BBQ per qualifying purchase.

2) £10 Fuel Voucher (per car, attendees only)

• A £10 fuel voucher is available per car (not per person) for attendees visiting the event on Saturday 2nd May or Sunday 3rd May 2026.
• Pre-registration is preferred. Walk-ins may receive a voucher subject to availability.
• Vouchers will be issued as an e-voucher and sent via email after the event.
• Limited to one voucher per car/party.
• Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3) Funded Travel & Accommodation for Viewing Trips

• Locations and dates are to be confirmed and will be agreed upon with Caravans In The Sun.
• Offer includes one night’s accommodation, travel, transfers, and a park tour.
• Offer is subject to availability and is limited to a maximum of two people per booking.
• Full details of what is included and excluded will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• No cash alternative is available. Any additional costs outside of the agreed package are the customer’s responsibility.
• Caravans In The Sun shall not be liable for failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, government restrictions, travel disruption, or changes affecting flight availability.
• In the event that travel or accommodation costs increase beyond commercially viable levels due to such events, Caravans In The Sun reserves the right to amend, substitute, reschedule, or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion.

4) £5,000 Cashback on Selected Homes

• Available on selected showground models only:
  • Africa (bespoke model)
  • Willerby Linwood
  • Willerby Manor
  • Willerby Buxton
• Limited to one unit per model.
• £5,000 cashback is applied to the advertised showground price and is payable upon successful completion of the purchase.
• The purchase must complete within 90 days of the event date.
• Offer applies only to purchases made during the event and cannot be transferred to another property or buyer.
• If the sale does not complete within 90 days, the cashback will not be honoured.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or package.

5) 50% Off Decking

• Available on new home orders placed during the event on qualifying models.
• Discount applies to decking only. Decking specification, size, materials, and installation scope will be confirmed at the point of order.
• All purchases must complete within 90 days of the event date.
• Subject to site suitability, park requirements, and availability.
• No cash alternative is available.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or package.
