1. Firstly, find your perfect caravan or mobile home for sale in your favourite area of the Costa Brava.
2. Secondly, view the caravan or mobile home and if you like it negotiate the selling price.
3. As soon as you’ve found the ideal caravan and agreed a price, place a small deposit (usually 10% of the agreed selling price). But, If you’re looking to keep within a tight budget, it makes sense to look at Resale Mobile Homes for sale on the less popular Costa Brava Campsites. In addition, you could also head towards the less touristy areas of Capmany and Figueres where the prices may be lower.

Secondly: The age and spec

The age and spec of the mobile home is important. And, as you’d imagine, a new model from say Willerby or Pemberton would cost more than an older resale model from Delta, Swift or the European brands.
